3. Products and Health Disclaimer

Green Boost products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Our products are manufactured in a GMP-certified, NSF-certified, FDA-inspected facility. However, dietary supplements are not FDA-approved drugs.

Before starting any supplement, consult your healthcare provider, especially if you:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Are taking prescription medications
• Have a pre-existing medical condition
• Are under 18 years of age

4. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and you may choose to cancel
• Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation
• By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees

5. Subscription Terms

Green Boost offers a subscription service that delivers your selected products on a recurring schedule. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Billing:

• Your payment method will be charged automatically on your selected billing cycle (monthly)
• You will receive an email notification before each upcoming subscription charge
• Subscription prices may change. If they do, we will notify you at least 7 days in advance

Cancellation:

To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, you must cancel at least 4 days before your next scheduled delivery date.

• You can cancel at any time by logging into your account and going to Subscriptions, or by emailing support@greenboost.life
• Cancellations received less than 4 days before the next scheduled delivery may result in that order being processed and shipped
• You can also skip a month, change your delivery frequency, or pause your subscription from your account dashboard

After cancellation:

• Any orders already processed before cancellation will still be shipped
• You will not be charged for any future orders after your cancellation is confirmed

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Maestro, Klarna, Afterpay, and Shopify Pay.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Green Boost LLC does not store your full payment card details.

For Buy Now, Pay Later options (Klarna, Afterpay), you agree to the terms and conditions of those providers in addition to these Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on greenboost.life — including text, images, logos, product names, formulas, brand identity, and design — is the exclusive property of Green Boost LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content without prior written permission from Green Boost LLC.

8. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the website

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided 'as is' without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Boost LLC disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Green Boost LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury, arising out of your use of our products or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal

If you enroll in a Subscribe & Save subscription, you are agreeing to an automatically renewing subscription. By subscribing, you authorize Green Boost LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Specifically:

• Recurring charges: Your subscription renews automatically at the price and on the delivery frequency you selected at checkout (for example, every 30, 45, or 60 days), and your saved payment method is charged for each order until you cancel.
• Discount: Active subscriptions receive 10% off single products and 15% off bundles on each recurring order.
• Cancel anytime, no fee: There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. You can skip, pause, change frequency, or cancel at any time from your account (Subscriptions section) or by emailing support@greenboost.life. Cancellation is available online, the same way you signed up.
• Making changes to your next order: To skip or change an upcoming order, make the change before that order is processed — we recommend at least 2 days before your next order date. Once an order has been processed it cannot be changed.
• Reminders: We send an order confirmation for each subscription order, and a reminder email before your next order so you always have time to make changes.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL.

You and Green Boost LLC agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@greenboost.life. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, you and Green Boost LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. The arbitration will be administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, and the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section.

Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver: Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis; you and Green Boost LLC waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

30-Day Right to Opt Out: You may opt out of this Arbitration Agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@greenboost.life with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name and order email. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the 'Last Updated' date. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
