Shipping Policy

We want your Green Boost order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
1. Where We Ship
Green Boost currently ships to all 50 states within the United States.
We do not ship internationally at this time. International shipping will be available in a future update — stay tuned.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
3. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
At checkout, you can choose from the following shipping options:

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods (holidays) may occur.
4. Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders of $100 or more
- Standard shipping rate applies to orders under $100 — the cost will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address
- Expedited and overnight shipping rates are calculated at checkout
5. Shipping Carriers
We ship via FedEx and UPS. The carrier assigned to your order is selected based on your delivery location and the shipping option you choose at checkout.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. You can track your package directly on the FedEx or UPS website using this number.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Green Boost LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@greenboost.life. We will do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
7. Subscription Shipping
Subscription orders follow the same shipping process as one-time purchases. Your subscription order will ship within 1 business day of your billing date and you will receive a tracking notification by email.
You can update your delivery address for future subscription orders by logging into your account and going to Subscriptions > Edit Address.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Damaged on arrival:
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us at support@greenboost.life within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Package lost in transit:
If your tracking shows your package has not moved for more than 5 business days, please contact us. We will open a carrier investigation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Package marked delivered but not received:
Please check with neighbors and any secure areas around your delivery address first. If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
