Track your order:
Use the tracking number sent to you by email. You can track your package directly on the FedEx website (fedex.com) or UPS website (ups.com).
You are always in control of your subscription. Skip, pause, change, or cancel anytime — no commitment and no cancellation fee. See our full Subscriptions & FAQ page for step-by-step help.
Manage your subscription:
Log into your account at greenboost.life/account and go to the Subscriptions section. From there you can:
- Skip a delivery
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your shipping address or payment method
- Pause your subscription
- Cancel your subscription anytime — to skip an upcoming charge, cancel at least 2 days before your next order date (once an order is processed it is already on its way)
Returns and refunds:
