This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how Green Boost LLC collects, uses, and shares "consumer health data" and supplements our main Privacy Policy. It is provided in connection with U.S. state consumer-health-privacy laws (including the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada SB 370). If there is any conflict between this policy and our main Privacy Policy regarding consumer health data, this policy controls.
1. What Consumer Health Data We Collect
When you interact with our product quiz or share wellness information with us, we may collect data that could be considered "consumer health data," such as:
- Your stated wellness goals (for example, gut health, sleep, energy, skin, recovery)
- Your product preferences and quiz responses
- Products you purchase or subscribe to, which may indirectly reflect wellness interests
We do not ask for or knowingly collect medical diagnoses, treatment information, or data from connected health devices.
2. How We Use It
We use consumer health data only to: recommend products through our quiz; personalize your experience and communications you have opted into; fulfill and support your orders; and improve our products and services.
3. How We Share It
We share consumer health data only with service providers who help us operate our store and marketing (for example, our e-commerce platform, quiz provider, and email platform), and only as needed to provide these services under contract. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to: (1) confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data and access it; (2) withdraw consent to its collection and sharing; and (3) request that we delete it. To exercise these rights, email support@greenboost.life with the subject "Consumer Health Data Request." We will verify and honor your request as required by law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
5. Data Security & Retention
We protect consumer health data using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and we retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
