Green Boost LLC stands behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — no hoops, no hassle.
1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Green Boost product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
This guarantee applies to:
- All Green Boost products purchased directly from greenboost.life
- Both one-time purchases and subscription orders
- Opened and unopened products
This guarantee does not apply to:
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date
2. How to Request a Refund
To start your refund, please follow these steps:
Step 1 — Email us
Send an email to support@greenboost.life with the subject line: 'Refund Request — [Your Order Number]'
Please include in your email:
- Your full name
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- The product(s) you would like to return
- The reason for your return (optional, but helpful for us to improve)
Step 2 — We will respond within 2 business days
Our support team will confirm your refund request and provide return instructions if a return is needed.
Step 3 — Receive your refund
Once your return is received and reviewed (or approved without a return for qualifying requests), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
3. Return Shipping
In most cases, we do not require you to return the product to receive a refund under our 30-Day Guarantee. Our support team will confirm this when you submit your request.
If a return is required:
- We will provide the return shipping address
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you.
Please email support@greenboost.life within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- Your order number
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
5. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it:
- First check with neighbors and any secure locations where packages may have been left
- Contact your local FedEx or UPS facility with your tracking number
- If the package cannot be located within 3 business days, email us at support@greenboost.life and we will open an investigation with the carrier
If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at no charge to you.
6. Subscription Refunds
For subscription orders:
- Each order is eligible for our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee starting from the delivery date of that specific shipment
- To avoid being charged for a future subscription order, please cancel at least 4 days before your next scheduled delivery date
- Subscription charges that have already been processed at the time of cancellation are not automatically refunded, but you may request a refund under our 30-Day Guarantee if you are within the eligible window
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
